Utah Hematology Oncology has been great. The last thing I expected was to be diagnosed with cancer at age 24. I was overwhelmed, scared, and frustrated at times, but the staff here at Utah Hematology Oncology has made this journey better. The nurses and CNA’s are always willing to help, whether it be with physical symptoms, or just taking a minute to sit down and have a chat with you on your bad days. Dr. Gray does a great job of helping you stay optimistic and focus on your future, because a cancer diagnosis is not the end. Just another bump in the road. I strongly recommend Utah Hematology Oncology to anyone going through this disease.

My name is Gina Gonzales. I am a patient of Dr. Gray’s (who I love). I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in 2014 which I did chemo and radiation for my treatments. I did good for 2 years after, NO CANCER!! Then in 2018, I was having back pain, came in to see Dr. Gray and was now diagnosed with stage 4 bone cancer. Which was the scariest thing to hear on top of my husband being deployed to Japan. But Dr. Gray and his staff have been wonderful in helping me through this process. Making me comfortable has always been their #1 priority. I do have a few favorites in the office and they definitely know who they are! But honestly, overall Dr. Gray and his staff are very compassionate people. They work hard and tend to anything you need. Waiting for Dr. Gray for my appointments is worth every minute!! I love the time he takes with all his patients. He’s never in a rush and is always willing to listen. I just want to thank everyone for all they do. It takes special people to do this job. Love you ALL!!

Dealing with cancer has been the most scariest things I’ve done in my life. It’s a fight you fight alone… I thought.

You all are a team of AMAZING HUMANS who come to work every day and share encouragement, laughter, joy and many many smiles.

I have experienced your willingness to calm fears, mine and others. You cheer us on in the daunting moments to keep us fighting. You celebrate our moments of success whether big or small. Through tears of sadness and/or joy you stand with all of us through it all.
